Welcome to the Best Life Habits Mastery Program! I am so excited to welcome you to the program, and I want you to know that I am 100% committed to providing you with an amazing program and to help you reach your goals.
You are now a member of a community of AMAZING people. If you ever doubt that the world is made of good people doing good work, then you need to know the people I know. They are people like you who are making a difference in their homes, in their work, and in their community. They are people who want more from life, who want to reach their full potential, and who know that their actions make a difference. Together, we are throwing so many stones into the pond, and it’s exciting to me to see where all the ripples go.
This community is new and in the beginning stages. We will grow together. I ask two things from you. First, be patient with me. No doubt there will be bugs to work out along the way. And second, please communicate with me when you find those bugs and at anytime you have an idea that would improve your experience. For example, I would like to add a community functionality where you can all talk with each other. Is that something you would find valuable too? Let me remind you that there are 5 components to our program.
1. Monthly Mastery Audio
Each month, we’ll go in-depth on the most important habits you need in order to live your best life. Each tele seminar will be jam packed with valuable information and strategies you can apply to your life right away to make a habit of the behaviors that will make you happier, healthier, and more productive. And because we always want to be strategic in the habits that you choose to work, sometimes those monthly calls will be Self-Assessment sessions where you evaluate your progress on your habits, identify your next biggest area for growth, and choose the habit that will help you accomplish that.
2. Expert Interviews
Each month, we’ll be joined by an expert to share with us their knowledge and expertise. We’ll hear from personal trainers and love coaches. We’ll learn about personality assessments like the Enneagram and Kolbe. These experts will help us understand ourselves better and illuminate the actions we may choose to make a habit.
3. Live Question And Answer
You might have questions and concerns that come up during the month. You might experience some challenges creating a habit and need some support on your particular situation. Maybe you need some insight into what’s getting in your way and strategies for how to overcome those challenges. That’s why every month there will be a live Q&A call where you can speak with either me or our monthly expert for laser coaching on your particular situation. If you cannot participate in the call live, you can submit your question before hand, and I’ll answer it on the call. And of course, these calls will be recorded and available for you to download.
4. Reference Sheets
Each month, you’ll receive a reference sheet on our month’s theme. These reference sheets might provide a list of possible habits or they may be cheat sheets on strategies and tools. They’ll give you the down and dirty on what you need to know and remind you of the most important information we covered that month.
5. Quarterly Habit Challenge
At strategic times through the year, you can participate in the habit challenge, and this is my favorite part of the program. During a habit challenge, you’ll embark on a journey of creating a habit— any habit you choose— and you’ll create that neural pathway. Here’s what I know to be true. You can do it when you do it. You don’t have to believe you can do it. I believe in you. I know what you’re capable of, but even if you don’t believe in yourself, you can do it. Repetition is the mother of habit, and that’s what happens during a Habit Challenge. Best Life Habits Mastery isn’t about talk. It isn’t about knowing. It’s about doing. Because nothing changes until you take action. During our Quarterly Habit Challenges, you’ll take your knowledge and apply it. You’ll take action and change your life. And what those changes are will depend on you and what habit you’re trying to create. That might mean that you create a daily exercise habit. Maybe you’re transforming your eating habits so you’re bringing more fruits and veggies into your diet. Maybe you’re a diabetic and that means you’re creating regular blood testing habits so that you can better maintain your blood sugar levels and avoid some of those serious complications that can happen with diabetes. Maybe that means creating a mindfulness practice so that you handle stress better and stop snapping at your kids and spouse at the end of the day. Maybe you’ll tackle a relationship habit so you create that loving, supportive, passionate relationship you’ve always wanted. Maybe you’ll create a self-esteem habit so that you are more confident and can take on more challenges or demand to be treated better. Nothing is off limits. Whether it’s a habit of action, thought, or emotion, you can create it during our quarterly habit challenges.

Each month, we have a theme, and the resources for that theme and month will be archived in their monthly folder. You’ll find the months listed chronologically in the first column. Be aware that the resources within the month released one at a time, so each time a new resource is released, you’ll receive it in your email. It will also be archived in it’s monthly folder.
In the second column…
All these same resources will be organized by habit. So, if you’re interested in something specific you can find all the resources associated with that particular habit archived here. This is also where you’ll find your bonus trainings on sleep and breaking bad habits.
In the third column…
All these same resources will be organized by type. For example, if you’re interested in browsing all of our expert interviews, you can click on the Expert Interview button and find them archived here.
In the fourth column…
You’ll find the core content. The core content are the trainings and documents that form the basis for understanding yourself and your habits.
What to do first?
Well, that depends on what you need.
